These terms cover your use of the Ajora website at ajora.app and the waitlist sign-up. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
Ajora is pre-launch
Right now, Ajora is not a live product. This website describes what we're building and lets you join a waitlist. Nothing here is an offer to provide banking, savings, payment, or investment services, and joining the waitlist does not create an account or any financial relationship.
No financial promises
Nothing on this site is financial advice or a guarantee. We don't promise interest, returns, or that any particular protection will prevent every loss. When Ajora launches, savings circles will carry their own product terms and risk disclosures, and those — not this page — will govern how the service works.
The waitlist
When you join the waitlist you give us an email address (and optionally tell us how you'd use Ajora) so we can contact you about launch. You agree to provide information that is yours and accurate, and not to use the form to submit anyone else's details or to send spam or automated entries. We may remove entries that look abusive or automated.
Acceptable use
Please use this site lawfully. Don't try to break, overload, scrape, or interfere with it, and don't use it to harm others. We may limit or withdraw access if the site is misused.
Our content
The Ajora name, logo, wordmark, copy, and design on this site belong to Ajora Fintech Solutions Ltd. You're welcome to view and share the page, but please don't copy our branding or present it as your own.
Who we are
Ajora is a technology company, not a bank. When the service launches, banking services will be provided through a licensed, CBN-regulated partner, and Ajora will not hold customer funds directly. Our protections are designed to reduce — but cannot eliminate — the impact of a member defaulting.
Changes
We may update these terms as we move toward launch. The version in force is the one published here, dated at the top of the page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
